My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the ambiance and front desk staff were quite pleasant, the room issues and lack of management support definitely overshadowed the positives. On the other hand, during my stay at Hotel Belgica, I experienced a delightful mix of old-world charm with modern conveniences and had a fabulous time during the Ponce Carnival with fantastic recommendations from the staff.

The rooms at the hotel were spacious but unfortunately, I wasn't able to control the temperature well; it was either too hot or too cold. In contrast, the rooms at Hotel Belgica were historically charming with a comfortable queen bed and all the modern amenities.

Service at my first hotel was adequate, but the reception staff provided no compensation despite significant inconveniences. However, at Hotel Belgica, Humberto was incredibly nice and went out of his way to provide excellent suggestions for dining.
